Architecture
Architecture that begins with the site and the way your family lives. Design is carried out under the appointment of a Professional Architect registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM), working within our team from the first sketch.
Interiors
Interiors conceived with the architecture, not applied to it. Materials, joinery, lighting and furniture are resolved as one composition, detailed to the millimetre and proven at full size before anything is made.
Landscape
The garden is planned with the house from the first sketch. Shade, water, planting and light are composed to cool the air, protect privacy and draw the family outdoors in the gentler hours of the day.
Smart Living
Lighting scenes, climate, security, audio-visual and a private cinema, orchestrated quietly in the background. Every system is designed to be simple to live with, and every one is tested at commissioning before the house is yours.
Wellness
Wellness begins with the architecture: daylight, fresh air, acoustic calm and the presence of water and green. Spa, pool and gym are then shaped as places of ritual rather than rooms of equipment.
Craftsmanship
Luxury is decided in the last millimetre. Our Approved Craftsman Network and the Mahligai Standard ensure that stone, timber, glass and finishes are executed, inspected and documented to a tolerance worthy of the design.
Knockdown & Rebuild
For older bungalows on valuable land in mature enclaves. We manage the entire sequence, from survey and demolition to architecture, approvals, construction, interior, landscape and handover, under one accountable team.
Residence Care
Handover is the beginning of a long relationship. Residence Care looks after defects, warranties and the systems of the house, with a digital house manual and priority aftercare from people who know your residence.
