Many families hold land they would never sell: a generous plot in an established neighbourhood, mature trees, a street they know. The house upon it, however, may no longer serve them. Rebuilding lets you keep the address and the setting while gaining a residence designed for how you live now, and for the generations to come. We begin by studying what the site offers, including trees, views, levels and any part of the old house worth remembering.
The sequence is managed end to end: measured and condition surveys, demolition, architecture, authority approvals, construction, interior, landscape and handover. Your Private Client Director holds the thread through every stage, so that you deal with one team rather than many. Our quantity surveyors prepare a cost plan agreed with you before detailed procurement, and long-lead items are ordered early, so the programme is shaped by decisions made calmly rather than in haste.
A rebuild in a mature enclave is also a matter of courtesy. We plan a considerate site: neighbours are informed before work begins, working hours are respected, dust and noise are controlled, and deliveries are scheduled to keep the street clear. Trees marked for retention are protected throughout. The aim is simple: that the new residence arrives in the neighbourhood as a good neighbour, long before your family moves in.
