Residence Care
Our care continues long after the keys.
Handover is the beginning of a long relationship. Residence Care looks after defects, warranties and the systems of the house, with a digital house manual and priority aftercare from people who know your residence.
A residence of this kind deserves to be looked after by those who made it. Before the keys are passed to you, the house is inspected against the Mahligai Standard, every system is commissioned, and the Mahligai Quality Dossier records the materials, finishes and tests that went into it. Your family is then walked through the house, room by room, until its controls and routines feel familiar. Nothing is handed over in haste.
The digital house manual gathers what a household needs in one place: drawings, finishes schedules, equipment guides, warranties and care instructions for stone, timber and metal. It is written to be used by your family and your household staff alike, in clear language rather than technical shorthand. Should a question arise at night or on a holiday, the answer is at hand, and it is always clear whom to call.
During the defects period, any issue is logged, attended to and closed with a record. Beyond it, priority aftercare continues: seasonal checks of air-conditioning, pools, waterproofing and automation; advice on the care of natural materials; and a trusted route back to the craftsmen who built the house when something needs adjustment or your family's needs change. A home built for generations is kept that way by attention.
