Our Standard is an inspection regime that runs from the first pour of concrete to the final commissioning of the house. It is how we make sure the residence you were shown is the residence you receive — and it is written down, so that it does not depend on anyone's mood on the day.

The Quality Dossier
Each residence closes with the Mahligai Quality Dossier: the record of every inspection, the materials and their origins, the warranties, the maintenance schedule and the people who made the house. It is handed to the owner with the keys — and it is the first page of Residence Care.
