The Approved Craftsman Network
Craftsmen are not admitted to a Mahligai site by default. Each trade is assessed on workmanship, finishing tolerance, reliability, documentation, site conduct and experience with fine materials.
Stone, timber joinery, glazing and façade, doors and ironmongery, lighting, plaster and paint, waterproofing, mechanical and electrical, air-conditioning, automation, pools and landscape: each has its approved hands.
The craftsmenMahligai Impian is the private-residence atelier of RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian design-and-build contractor.
The atelier draws on the company's working practice: quantity surveying and costing, drawings and local-authority submissions, site supervision, and established legal and banking relationships. It is run as a separate studio, with its own people, its own standard and its own pace.
