The roles a commission needs

Private Client Director
Saif Muhtar is the contact for an initial private conversation. A commission would have one named contact through handover and aftercare.

Professional Architect
Architectural design would be led under the appointment of a Professional Architect registered with LAM.

Senior Project Manager
We would assign a project manager to coordinate the site and its trades for each residence.

Quantity Surveying
Cost plans, procurement and variations would be tracked so you can follow each decision.
Selecting craftspeople
We propose assessing each trade before appointment: workmanship, finishing tolerance, reliability, documentation, site conduct and experience with fine materials.
Stone, timber joinery, glazing and façade, doors and ironmongery, lighting, plaster and paint, waterproofing, mechanical and electrical, air-conditioning, automation, pools and landscape would each call for the right specialist.
The craftsmenMahligai Impian is the private-residence atelier of RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian design-and-build contractor.
A commission would draw on design-and-build disciplines: quantity surveying, drawings and local-authority submissions, site supervision and specialist procurement. The project team and appointments would be set for the residence, rather than assumed in advance.
