Who we are

Mahligai Impian is a trading name of RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd (1688384-T). RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd is the data user responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you send a private enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, email, telephone number, preferred way to be contacted, and what you tell us about your land, household and plans. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, identity card numbers or financial details through this site.

Why we collect it

To read and respond to your enquiry, to arrange a private conversation, and, if you become a client, to prepare and manage your residence. If you separately tick the box to receive news, we will occasionally send news of new residences and journal essays; you may withdraw at any time.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is read by our Private Client Director and the small team working on your residence. It is stored in our customer records system and email, operated by service providers on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we never publish a client's name, address or residence without written consent.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the life of your residence's warranties and our legal obligations. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that did not proceed.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or to limit how it is used, by writing to us. We will respond within the period the Act allows.
