The best technology in a home is the kind you forget is there. We plan it from the first drawings, so that equipment racks, cable routes, speakers and sensors have a place in the architecture rather than competing with it. Keypads are few and clearly engraved, ceilings stay clean, and screens disappear when they are not in use. The house responds to the family, and never the other way round.

Lighting scenes follow the day, from a soft morning glow to the mood of a dinner for twelve. Air-conditioning is zoned and designed for low noise, working with the cross-ventilation of the architecture rather than against it. Security is layered and discreet, with perimeter, access and cameras integrated so that the family feels protected without feeling watched. Where wished, a private cinema is designed as a room first, with acoustics and comfort given equal weight.

Every system is tested at commissioning against the Mahligai Standard: lighting colour temperature, air-conditioning noise, network coverage and each automation scene, room by room. At handover your family is walked through the house, and the controls are explained in plain terms and recorded in the digital house manual. Through Residence Care, support remains available afterwards, so that updates, adjustments and new wishes are handled by people who know the house.
