Architecture that begins with the site and the way your family lives. Design is carried out under the appointment of a Professional Architect registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM), working within our team from the first sketch.
Every residence begins on foot. We walk the land at different hours to understand its fall, its breezes, its views and its neighbours, and we listen to how your family gathers, rests and receives guests. From this comes an architectural narrative: the mood of the house, the sequence of its rooms and the principles it will keep. Orientation is settled early, because in the tropics the direction of a wall decides how a room will feel for decades.
Our language is tropical modernism, quiet in form and generous in feeling. Deep eaves shade the walls and let windows stay open through the rain. Courtyards draw daylight and air into the heart of the plan, and cross-ventilation is designed rather than hoped for. Privacy is zoned with care, so that family rooms, guest quarters and staff areas each keep their own rhythm, and the street sees only what you choose to show.
Because interior, landscape, structure and services sit at the same table, decisions are made once and made well. Ceiling heights anticipate the lighting, walls anticipate the joinery, and the garden is planned with the plan. Our quantity surveyors prepare a cost plan that is agreed with you before detailed procurement begins, and your Private Client Director guides the design through authority submissions, so the drawings that leave the studio are ones that can be built exactly.
